Doug is a very knowledgeable person when defining what type's of rates are affordable to your individual needs. Although I must say to corporate that they need to lower the rates because I've been a loyal customer for over ten years and I'm asking kindly could you lower mines due to monetary issues with me being out of work and currently trying to get back into the workf -field. Doug has been with me the whole step and to find out that my monthly rate is three hundred and I think forty but I could be wrong, so at corporates convenience, could they decrease the rates to an affordable price, due to me being a good and on time because they take the insurance payments out of my checking monthly and I have documentation of my quartly and yearly statement from SSDI. That gives me hardship with my monthly utilities because the rates increase and I'm asking anyone from corporate to have empathy and please help me because I lease an Range Rover and I want the coverage that I have now, but decreased. I also have a good financing company that I want to build my credit to be in good standing. Thank You Colrisa Wilson

Doug is the best!!! He's the only employee and always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. One year he saved me $400 when i switched to a different insurance company. Will always give you all the rates from different companies and explains everything. Thank you, Doug!

Worked with Tom on getting motorcycle insurance and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got me a quote without any issues and the price was way better than what I was being quoted on from other companies! I would recommend them to anyone.

This place does wonders!!!! BEST place to go for your insurance. Doug does everything in a professional manner and in a timely fashion. I couldn't ask for anyone better when it comes to this job. In a rough area but great place overall with a good staff. But Doug is the best.
